Well, it’s Monday again…and time for Monday Musings where we share what we are working on and what are plans are for the week! Welcome!

Here is my to-do list from last week.
- Complete Virtual Christmas Cookie Exchange project. ✔ DONE!! You can read that post here.

- Make a door hanger to exchange at our guild meeting Christmas brunch on the 12th. ✘ Nope!
- Start the secret sewing for the Island Batik spring/summer catalog quilts. ✔ DONE!! The fun has begun!! But I won’t be able to share for a while!
- Add another row to M’s quilt. ✘ Nope!
- Anything else that suits my fancy! ✔ DONE!! After taking a couple of days to rest and regroup, I did a little cleaning of my cutting table and studio, which desperately needed it!
- I also posted my Island Batik Lone Star quilt, Once Upon a Midnight Star, which you can read about here.

Now on to this week’s list for 12/12/22 – 12/18/22:
- Get at least one pattern written for the secret sewing, hopefully both, so they can be tested.
- Start cutting out pieces for that quilt, or maybe both quilts??
- Anything else there is time for!??
Here is a slide show of last week’s Monday Musings link up!
Now it’s your turn! Show us what you are working on!!

And now for a very late and not so impressive PHD Update!! I did finish all my starts but nothing completed or checked off the task list! Oh well…

Thanks for visiting! I’ll be linking up with my favorite linky parties found in the side bar! ⇒ Until next time…
The Lone Star quilt is gorgeous!
You are doing so much! Good luck with your catalog quilt(s) and pattern(s). That is one hefty deadline to get it all done. I love the table topper you did for the cookie exchange hop.
Oh your Lonestar is so classic and yet so modern at the same time, love it!
Hi Brenda! Thanks for the linky party – I almost forgot. You have definitely shared a beautiful squirrely project with me. I have PINned that octagon table topper to make sooner than later. It is just gorgeous in the holiday fabrics with embroidery in the center! I can easily see it in other colorways, too. {{Hugs}} a bunch! ~smile~ Roseanne
I love your table mat Brenda. You’ve had some busy weeks and many deadlines. You really amaze me with your progress. Thank you for showing off my hand quilting ?
I just adore your VCE table mat. It is as sweet as can be and your Lone Star is spectacular. I hope that you have a fabulous and productive week. Happy quilting , Brenda
