It’s been a while since I did a weekly to-do list. Stuff happens and I just haven’t done one. So here goes for this week 6/1/21 – 6/7/21.
- Trip to the fabric store for some binding!
- Bind some of the calendar quilts I’ve made for the Table Scraps Challenge
- Decide on my next project – maybe work on a couple of them…maybe!
That should keep me busy. One of the projects I want to work on is block 7 of Sunshine Cove. The other is a quilt kit I purchased and need to get started. So at least one of those…maybe both will get started!
And for my PHD in 2021 Update, here is what I’ve completed! No finishes, but work towards a finish for several things. I’ve had out of town company for about two weeks, in and out, so not a lot of quilty things got accomplished! But that’s all good. We had a great visit with my brother and sister-in-law!
So here are the stats.
Like I said, no finishes, but a little progress. And I did start a new project. UGH!! But it will be pretty, I think. It’s called Spinning Spools.
I’ll be linking up with Chris at ChrisKnits for To-Do Tuesday and Gail at Quilting Gail for my PHD in 2021 update!
Progress is progress. Everything takes time … and you are doing well to have progress!
Hi,
Red, it’s one of my favorite colors….love your block. I really like your stats charts.
I’ve thought of doing that, but can’t seem to get started. Have a great day!
Hi Brenda! Gosh, I love that red block as well as your monthly color block. Enjoy the trip to the LQS! That will be fun. I’ll be surprised if you only pick up the binding, though. ~smile~ Roseanne
I just love that a trip to the fabric store is on your “list”. It will get you working for sure! Of COURSE there is absolutely NOTHING in your stash to BIND your little quilts with, so a shopping trip is in order! I completely understand. Your charts and spreadsheets are a bit scary. I did that on year….spent more time on the charts than the sewing…lolol. 🙂 Have some fun.
Congratulations on your progress! The spreadsheet looks fabulous. :o)
Hi Brenda, your work log is impressive! A sewing project stitch spread sheet that shows everything that you are working on and completed is a work of art in itself. Have a great week!
Wow, you keep track of it all! I just started keeping track of fabric used/fabric purchased this year and it has been both motivating and fun. Bet keeping all of those stats is even more so! Glad you enjoyed your company, which is more important that lots of progress anyway! Good luck for the week!
Little by little you will be back to normal and any step forward is progress! Thanks for linking up with a late To-Do.
