No talkie until I’ve had my coffee ☕🚫
Happy Monday morning everyone!! Welcome to Monday Musings. HAPPY NOVEMBER – the beginning of the holidays and less than eight weeks until Christmas!! What have you guys been up to this week? I hope you are all enjoying the changing weather and the beautiful foliage. I’ll catch you up on the happenings in my studio and then please share what is going on in your world! Thanks for being here! Now, let’s move on to the good stuff!!
Here’s how my story ended for the week of 10/26/26- 11/1/26:
- Finish stitching the QOV blocks. DONE!! At last what I can do are finished. There are a few pieces left that don’t have mates, so those will go back to the guild. There are two different blocks – A on the left, B on the right.
- Hopefully start cutting and stitching the Highland Heifer quilt. DONE!! I started this on our sew day on Tuesday and am almost finished!
- Maybe stitch some Christmas cards if I have everything I need for that. NOPE!! Hopefully that will happen over the next few weeks.
- Whatever suits my fancy!! DONE!! Sew Day on Tuesday and lunch with friends on Friday kept me busy.
Plans for the week of 11/2- 11/8/26:
- Download next set of instructions for Marigold Mystery.
- Finish cutting out Highland Heifers blocks.
- Sew Day on Wednesday if weather permits.
- Whatever cranks my tractor!
I apologize that I didn’t get to visit everyone last week. I got busy on the Guild Newsletter and then Saturday evening ate something that didn’t agree with me.
