Hi everyone!
While I’ll be stitching quietly in the background (when family isn’t here!), I just wanted to take a minute and wish all who celebrate, a very happy and blessed Thanksgiving. It’s a good time to reflect on all the blessings we enjoy and give thanks for them. I am so blessed with family and friends, and fairly good health – God is good!
Enjoy the good food and time with friends and family – and THEN this weekend – it’s FOOTBALL rivalries!! Alabama vs. Auburn for us! I’ll be pulling for my guys! Can Let me just say a BIG

T – I – D – E!
OK, now on to the quilty fun!! LOL You saw the Christmas Cactus I posted last week – but if you didn’t, check it out here. I will be working on creating a small wall quilt or table topper with that. Here is the next big thing I’m working on!
These are a few of the Jacobean Pumpkin blocks I have digitized and will be turning into a quilt. I just finished digitizing the last two and am starting to test those today. I found a couple of these either too small for my block size or soiled, so I will be restitching those as well. This quilt will be one I will be submitting to our guild’s quilt show (Birmingham Quilters Guild), QuiltFest 2019, that will be held next June. Stay tuned for more info on that! Decisions to make on design, sashing, borders, etc. Fun!!
Once again, I wish you all a very safe and …
Until next time…
Happy Thanksgiving and Roll Tide!!
