March PHD Update

by | Apr 1, 2021 | 4 comments

Wow, where did March go? I can’t believe it’s April 1st already. I always think of my in-laws on this day, as they were married on April 1st…not as a joke, but because it was Easter Sunday the year they married. I surely miss them.

At any rate it’s time for my PHD in 2021 update for the month of March. I got one big project checked off my UFOs, the Vincent’s Garden and parts of others! So here goes.

The first completed project was for my friend, Karen Overton, aka the Quilt Rambler. I was honored to be part of her first signature design with Island Batiks (Vincent’s Garden) blog hop!

Second was completion of Block 6 of Sunshine Cove!

And third, fourth, and fifth were my projects for March Monthly Color Challenge with Patterns by Jen, RSC21, and March Table Scraps Challenge.

And here are my updated lists!

I’m working on two of these in the month of April, but hopefully will have some time for another small one or two! So…stay tuned!!

I answer all comments via email. Please spread the love about my blog!

Awesome quilt! I love the motion in it and the colors are fantastic. The table scrap challenge turned out really sweet too! See you next month!
