Hi Brenda,
Thanks for the linkup! I am fond of house quilts, and your house blocks are especially pretty. You must stay very busy, your task list each week is inspiring. 🙂 I focused on crochet a bit this week. I finished a baby quilt that isn’t photographed yet and puttered around a good bit hopping from project to project. I have a couple that are just waiting for outer borders, and then they’ll be ready to go on the longarm. These’ll both be donation quilts. I started machine embroidering (applique) heart blocks using my crumb blocks. I hope you’re having a good week.
Beautiful batik houses Brenda! I can’t wait to see you put them all together in a quilt!
Such gorgeous work everyone is doing! Thank you for the linky. I love the batiks in your houses – so pretty separately, and together, too.
Your houses are so pretty & colorful! Have a great week.
Hi Brenda! I love all six of your houses. Do you have a favorite and/or do any of them closely represent your actual home? Just checking so when I pop in for a visit, I know which house I’m looking for! 😉 You had a fabulously productive week. {{Hugs}} a bunch! ~smile~ Roseanne
Your houses look great! It’ll be fun to see them in a flimsy!
Have a great week!
Excellent progress, Brenda. I am not so sure about “you can handle whatever this week throws at you” My HVAC is broken and I am losing my cool. Literally. If I so much as look at batting (flimsy waiting to be quilted), I break out in a sweat.
Excellent week. The houses are wonderful which reminds me I want to do something with the batiks I collect and seldom use. I’ll make my decision some day but in the meantime I am happy to be piecing in my studio.
Those house blocks are fabulous! I still have plenty of leftover batiks from IB and maybe will work on another version…I did want to do the extra trees but didn’t due to too many sew alongs. With your encouragement, I will conquer anything Monday throws at me. Have a great week.
Your houses are absolutely glorious in those gorgeous colours!
Your batik houses are all so fun and colorful!
Love, love, love the batiks you used in your pretty houses! Looking forward to your flimsy.
