A day without coffee is like… just kidding, I have no idea ☕️😆
Happy Monday morning!!! Welcome to Monday Musings! I hope you have all had a wonderful week. It’s always great to meet up with friends on Mondays and throughout the week, visiting blogs. It’s been a pretty nice week here, just kicking back most of the time and taking it easy. Now, let’s move on to the good stuff!!
Here’s how my story ended for the week of 8/11- 8/17/25:
- Hopefuly finish the crazy quilt for the September IB challenge. DONE!! I’ll be revealing it for the September Island Batik Blog Hop – my day is the 8th! Here is the gorgeous fabric I used and will be shipping to stores this fall. This photo doesn’t do it justice!
- Make a backing for the big quilt and get it on the frame hopefully. NOPE!!
- More cleaning and organization in the studio to prepare for the remainder of the IB challenges this year. DONE!!
- Whatever suits my fancy. Nothing extra for my week.
Plans for the week of 8/18- 8/24/25:
- Work on that backing and quilting I keep postponing!
- Gather up my scraps and put them in baggies and make room for them somewhere!
- Work on writing a pattern.
- Whatever cranks my tractor!
