Welcome to TGIFF!! I will be your host this week and hope you will share with us the project or projects you’ve been working on and are happy to have completed. I don’t know about you, but I’m always happy to have a finish – large or small!! I’ve been working on finishing up the Calendar Quilts I started three or four years ago now??! I can’t remember exactly when, but I’m happy to say after these two, I have two more to quilt and bind and the series will be complete. YAY!! I will also share with you my projects I posted earlier this week for the Ghastly Ghouls Blog Hop.
These are from the book Calendar Quilts by Kim Schaeffer. Of course, I made them my version by using solid borders instead of pieced before adding the appliques. I think the appliques really help make these have personality!! I have not been completing them in any particular order.

I did actually get one done this week in the month I can use it! LOL And here are my finishes for the Ghastly Ghouls Blog Hop. You can read about them here.
Now it’s your turn! What finish(es) are you celebrating this week? Please link up with us and share the joy!!
Thanks for checking in. Please visit the links and be inspired!! Have a great weekend!

All three Halloween projects are adorable. Those calendars really are cute, and you’re right the appliqués really make the quilts.
I love your sweet quilts Brenda!
Love the calendar quilts and the plain border is perfect to show the applique. I love the pumpkin, too! I just hung your postcard that I won awhile back on our apartment door – love having that. Need to make some for the other months – I do have your Christmas one too! They make me smile every time I open the door. Thanks for hosting…which reminds me I better check my calendar.
Hi Brenda! We have been slowly working our way through Kim Schaeffer’s book of Calendar quilts, too. That pumpkin is sure a friendly looking one! Thanks for the fun TGIFF linky party today. {{hugs}} ~smile~ Roseanne
