It’s hard to believe another year has come and gone, but indeed it has! Time seems to move faster by the day!! I can’t believe my grandsons turned 10 on the 30th. Seems like just yesterday they were babies and, when I kept them, struggling to feed them both at the same time! Since they were born so near Christmas, we usually celebrate their birthday a week or so later, so the party will be on January 8th. They chose Hooligans for their party which is a fun local game room they love! They are all boy and love to play games of any type! While I don’t have individual pics of them, here they are in our Christmas picture from last week. At 10, they are 5′ tall! The one on the left is slightly taller – but then, my son-in-love is 6’7″ so they can’t help but be tall! LOL

Moving on to my goals for the past week/month:

  • Virtual Cookie Exchange Blog Hop Project – ✓ done!
  • Crafter’s Edge December Project – will be part of Virtual Cookie Exchange Project ✓ -done!
Virtual Christmas Cookie Challenge/Crafter’s Edge Project
  • Madelyn’s Tiny Dancer Quilt – Blocks have been cut out and a few pieced. I did have to order more fabric as she changed her mind about one of the blocks!

  • Quilt and Bind guild Comfort Quilt – Still sitting on the quilt frame!
  • December Color Challenge Block – ✓ done!

December Color Challenge Block
  • Block 11 of Sunshine Cove – if time allows – Not happening this month!
  • Not on my to-do list, but I bound the 2018 Row by Row On the Go quilt! – ✓ done!

So, unfortunately, I did not complete my PHD in 2021, but I will continue working on it in 2022 with Quilting Gail and I will link up my update with her! I am also linking up with Linda, the Texas Quilt Gal, for my monthly To-Do List, on To-Do Tuesday. I will post next month about my plans for 2022 – wow, Saturday is January 1st! I’ll be back with my new list and some exciting news next month! Until then, I wish you all a very Happy and Blessed New Year!

I answer all comments via email. Please spread the love about my blog!

Those boys are so cute! Are they twins? That is a beautiful family. I especially love the “Peeps” T-shirt. 😉 Looking forward to your 2022 “exciting news”!

What a great photo! I’m sorry you didn’t finish your PhD, but there is always next year. I look forward to seeing what you create – especially that beauty Tiny Dancer. Love that you digitized a design for your ProStitcher – I need to do more of that.
