I love stars…all the different kinds of stars! This week’s prompt from Wendy @ Pieceful Thoughts of My Quilting Life is stars!! Stars make me happy! Well, quilting in general makes me happy! LOL
I thought about a few different types of stars and ultimately chose a traditional eight-pointed star. I decided to change the orientation of my quilt with the spools from round one and put them on the sides instead of the top and bottom. Well, it has to do with quilt math and making things work out right! These little stars measure four inches finished so some additional background fabric was required! LOL I am using my Island Batik project scraps and stash builder rolls for this quilt. So without further ado, here is my quilt thus far.

Here is my 2022 SAHRR quilt.

This is so much fun! I hope you are all playing along as well. If not, I hope you enjoy seeing everyone’s interpretation of the prompts! I am linking up with Wendy at Pieceful Thoughts of My Quilting Life! Until next time…
Happy Quilting!

What a great design with your stars! Really fun to see this one growing!
Hi Brenda, I really like the way that you’ve positioned your blocks. Your quilt looks great!
Your staggered stars look great. I love how this is turning out!
