Welcome to Round Three of the Stay at Home Round Robin 2025!! This week’s prompt is provided by Gail of Quilting Gail! The prompt for this week is stars! Make your stars however you choose and link up on Gail’s blog HERE.

I am using solids from Island Batik and here are my stars. This week’s solids are amethyst and lime with Island Batik white for the background. My sawtooth star blocks measure 4″ finished. Those star points are made with flying geese and measure 1-1/2 x 2-1/2″ unfinished! As my sweet mama would say, they are tee-tiny!! I made the flying geese using the no-waste method and trimmed them using Deb Tucker’s Studio 180 Wing Clipper trim tool. This method makes four at a time. HERE is a great tutorial by Yvonne of Quilting Jet Girl. If you love flying geese, give this method a try.

Here is my happy little quilt to this point!!

Now, decide how you will interpret this round and go link up with Gail, as she is hosting the linky party for this week! Remember you interpret each prompt and it’s placement as YOU see fit! There are no quilting/designing police in this SAHRR!! Some of my blocks will be four inches and some will be other sizes. It’s all up to you! Make one block or make a row, or even a border – or four!
Visit each of the co-hosts and take a look at their interpretations of this round.

We will make a list and use a random number generator to choose the winners for each prize! So, if you link up to 3 Linky parties, you will have 3 opportunities to win! If you don’t have a blog or Instagram account, contact me, or one of the other co-hosts and we will post your SAHRR on our blog. This way you still have an opportunity to win!
