Hi everyone! Now that my catalog deadlines with Island Batik have passed, I am able to share with you the goodies I received in my first box from MSQC, as a Missouri Star Quilt Company affiliate! Let me say I love working with MSQC and appreciate them for partnering with Island Batik ambassadors to promote their store! Now on to the goodies!
First up I picked a 10″ stack of Tiny Coordinates by Tula Pink. These are so cute and really tiny! I look forward to using them in a project!

Next, I chose two prefused applique kits. One is the gorgeous sea turtle and the other (being the Alabama Roll Tide fan I am!) is a houndstooth elephant. It will be fun to make projects with these!

Next, because I also like making bags, and we have a project coming up with Island Batik in October for the ByAnnie challenge, I chose a Boxed Bag Template ruler. I think this will be very helpful. I’ve had my eye on this ruler for a while and am glad I now own one!

Next up is a Creative Grids ruler that is 8-1/2 x 18-1/2 inches. This is another I’ve had my eye on for a while. I have switched all my rulers to Creative Grids over the past several years and given away the other ones. I have no particular reason for this, it is just a personal preference thing!

And lastly, MSQC also sent me a pair of their Amelia 8″ scissors … and a Flat Chuck, who is just adorable with his picnic basket and flowers!

Many thanks to Missouri Star Quilt Company for these fun new goodies to play with to make fun projects! They are very generous. I am grateful they asked the Island Batik ambassadors to also represent them.

I never heard of the box bag template before. You’ll have to share how it works. I will check it out on MSQC and see what they say too. What is a Flat Chuck? That’s another thing I have no idea what it is?
Nice to see the goodies you have received from MSQC. Those fusible patterns look interesting. I’m sure you will have fun with them.
You really choose some great things Brenda! I can’t wait to see you make those appliqued projects and the bag template looks interesting.
What a wonderful box of goodies! Those rulers are keen. If I make an order at MSQ, I’ll be sure to check here first.
Wow you did choose some fabulous goodies, Brenda and thank you so much for sharing about the discount- that is great. Happy quilting.
That is fabulous! I do like them and all your goodies are fab! Have fun playing and making.
